01. Revisions to our Terms of Services
» Gaming Fuse reserves the right to revise, amend, and modify our
policies and other agreements anytime and in any manner. It is the clients'
responsibility to periodically check our AUP. The client should note the
date of last revision at the top of this AUP page. If the client refreshes
the page and the date has not changed since the last time they read our
AUP, he or she may presume no changes have been made. The 'last modified'
date indicates the last date our policies have been updated and modified,
and the updated/modified version succeeds any prior versions immediately
upon posting.
02. Refund Policy
» Gaming Fuse has a no refund policy due to abusive issues. No refunds
are given to customers who fail to cancel their subscription in time.
We will, however, happily refund any billing mistakes, judged as a mistake
by our staff.
---- Overpayment: Customer overpayment is not subject to a refund. It
will be applied as a service credit to new service(s) or active service(s)
equivalent to the amount you have overpaid.
03. Subscription Policy
» All server sales are subscriptions. It is the clients' responsibility
to cancel the subscription BEFORE their next billing date. No refunds
will be given for customers who do not cancel their subscription in time.
All billing is based on anniversary billing, and you will be billed one
month from the day you signed up, every month, until you cancel. Please
note that Gaming Fuse can charge you up to six days before payment is
due. For users who have signed up for three (3), six (6), or twelve (12)
months, you will be billed based on the amount of months subscribed for
every term until a cancel request is made.
04. Cancellation
» To officially cancel your services and account, please complete
and submit this cancellation form accordingly: http://www.gamingfuse.com/contactus.php.
This cancellation form is the only way to stop receiving any invoices
even if you have canceled your subscription yourself as we need to set
you as a canceled user in our billing system. We cannot cancel subscriptions
for you. If you've paid through other payments not listed below, please
use the cancellation form.
---- Paypal
To reiterate, please complete and submit the cancellation
form. It is the clients' responsibility to cancel in paypal to avoid
automatically being billed. After you have confirmed you are canceled
in paypal, you should not be billed anymore, but you may still be sent
invoices unless you filled out the cancellation form at the above url
to make sure you are set as canceled. If you have been wrongfully billed,
please submit a ticket through your game/billing panel explaining the
situation.
---- Credit Card
To reiterate, please complete and submit the cancellation
form. You must complete and submit the form in seven (7) business
days or more BEFORE your next billing date. This is to ensure we are able
to stop payment in time. If you have been wrongfully billed, please submit
a ticket through your game/billing panel explaining the situation.
05. Customer Support Policy
» All customers receive free support whenever available. However
in order to receive support, customers must follow Gaming Fuse support
guidelines. Because of past issues with customers acting out of line when
a support agent was attempting to help them, we have made these guidelines.
* If a customer uses inappropriate language while receiving assistance,
that support session can be immediately terminated with no reason given
and a server suspension can be issued.
* If a customer in any way threatens a support agent, that support session
can be immediately terminated with no reason given and a server suspension
can be issued.
* If a customer requests a repetitive support request to aggravate a tech
agent that support session can be immediately terminated with no reason
given and a server suspension can be issued.
* If a customer swears or insults a tech agent that support session can
be immediately terminated with no reason given and a server suspension
can be issued.
* If a customer asks a tech agent to do something against company guidelines
that support session can be immediately terminated with no reason given
and a server suspension can be issued.
* If a customer violates any of these terms, their server will be shut
down with no explanation give, nor a refund given.
Gaming Fuse has had little to no issues with customers abusing support,
however we simply state them to make our customers and potential customers
aware.
06. Customer Abuse Policy
» All servers are sold with specific specifications stated
before the server is purchased. If these specifications are altered, this
can result in termination of the customers' service with no refund given.
Some examples of these specifications are listed below, but are not limited
to just the following:
* Changing a server from private to public
* Altering the fps or ticrate of the server
* Changing the amount of player slots of the server
* Using mods or addons on the server not approved by Gaming Fuse
Any policies not listed are expected to be questioned by the customer
BEFORE service starts. If an item is not listed in this AUP, the customer
will get a full explanation (If Requested) before service, thus entering
a verbal agreement with Gaming Fuse.
